Return & Refund Policy
1. Refund should be requested within 48 hours of delivering the product, you can easily apply for a refund by dropping us a message on our WhatsApp chat support number +91 8810239091
2. The product should not be used and be in intact condition with the brand tags and the brand bag.
3. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. Pick-up will be attempted twice, If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
4. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order.
5. Refunds for Prepaid orders would be directly be initiated to source account and COD order will be refunded in the form of COUPON CODE ONLY.
6. As the return is initiated our courier partner will come to collect the return package from you within the next 2 working days.
7. Once it reaches our warehouse and clears the reverse quality checks only then the refund will be initiated which will be transferred within 7 working days.
