Exchange Policy

1. We have 7 days free exchange in case you have any issue with the size or colour of the product, you can easily apply for an exchange by visiting  https://flexxo.in/apps/ecoreturns.

2. ⁠The product should not be used and be in intact condition with the brand tags and the brand bag.

3. ⁠Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. Pick-up will be attempted twice, If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

4. ⁠As the exchange is initiated our courier partner will come to collect the return package from you within the next 2 working days.

5. Once it reaches our warehouse and clears the reverse quality checks only then your new product will be dispatched.

6. In case, you want to exchange for a higher value product then you’ll need to prepay the difference amount and in case of a lower value product you’ll be refunded the difference amount in form of coupon code.
